Negligent Driving
I recently had occasion to hire Mr. Webb to defend me in a case involving a negligent driving first degree criminal infraction. Mr. Webb came highly recommended. He was very knowledgeable about the case law relevant to this matter, and demonstrated excellent command of proper police and administrative procedures.
